Police start a criminal investigation into Israeli modeling agent Shai Avital, who represents some of the country’s prime models and has been accused of sexual harassment by a number of previous consumers and colleagues.
Channel 13 on Saturday produced proof of Avital sending styles threatening messages, including police complaints ready to be submitted if they were to accuse him of sexual abuse. In leaked text messages, Avital appeared to boast that he has connections with the law enforcement, and he is not fearful of any complaints towards him.
According to documents produced by the community, in 2009 Avital paid NIS 120,000 ($35,000) to design Israela Avtau, immediately after he sexually assaulted her in his office. The incident was seemingly stored beneath wraps, and Avital ongoing his career as an agent.
Sexual messages allegedly sent by Avital to a quantity of women, including minors, were also revealed by the network.
A number of allegations also claimed Avital exposed himself in front of them, which include at minimum one scenario that resulted in them getting intercourse afterward, which continued on a regular foundation just after Avital promised the obvious target would be showcased on a well-known truth show.
Other women of all ages accused him of forcibly groping, kissing, and licking their faces. The allegations day again in excess of the past two decades, the network explained.
